What's Up Around T.T.A.?

Monday September 22, 2008:
Academics:
Homework Club begins! Come receive help on your homework from 2:50pm to 4:00pm with Ms. Lisa and some friendly tutors! Homework Club is *everyday* except Friday.
Job Club:
Hold onto your $25 certificates. You'll be going to the bank soon to open your very own savings account.
Family Life:
Have a question? Ms. Stacey has "girl talk" sign-ups on her office door in Room 201. You can also drop a totally confidential and private question in her "question box" found in her classroom.
Community Organizer:
Parents, Mr. Tree needs your permission slips...please send them our way.

We are always here to tackle any problems that come up so please let us know what we can do! Have a great school year!

Welcome Day

All of our young women received a sports water bottle reading: "The best things in life are not things!" They also received a $25.00 gift certificate to start their very own bank account to begin planning and thinking about their financial future! We had a wonderful day! Welcome everyone to the Treasure Academy!

Parent Welcome Dinner

Thank you to the many parents who attended the welcome dinner! It was so nice to meet you and we were glad you came to hear our introductions and learn about our services and commitment to your daughters! Dr. Carrera delivered a very moving speech about our goals and intentions: job club, family life class, academic help, self expression, lifetime sports exposure, power group, comprehensive dental and health care services, and more!

Then we toured the beautiful school and ate a wonderful dinner! Thank you parents...
